IndiaMART live installer patch

Why it is required
------------------
The UltimatePOS module uploader did not enable newly uploaded modules or clear
the route cache. Managed Modules then failed to resolve IndiaMART's installer
controller and silently rendered href="#".

Deployment
----------
1. Back up the live application files and database.
2. Extract IndiaMart-v1.2.4-live-ready.zip and upload its IndiaMart directory
   using Managed Modules (or copy it to Modules/IndiaMart).
3. Extract UltimatePOS-IndiaMart-Installer-Core-Patch.zip at the UltimatePOS
   application root. It updates these two files:
   - app/Http/Controllers/Install/ModulesController.php
   - resources/views/install/modules/index.blade.php
4. Run:
   php artisan module:enable IndiaMart
   php artisan optimize:clear
5. Reload Managed Modules and click Install.

Direct fallback
---------------
While logged in, open /indiamart/install on the same base URL.
