 Adds a green "WhatsApp Reminder" button to the payments modal (only shown
 for unpaid sells / hms_bookings) and the JS handler that fires it.

 (A) BUTTON — place the marked block INSIDE the existing
        @if($transaction->payment_status != 'paid') { ... }
     block, IMMEDIATELY AFTER the existing "send_payment_reminder" button.

 (B) SCRIPT — paste the <script> block at the bottom of the file, after
     the closing </div><!-- /.modal-dialog --> of the modal (before any
     other trailing scripts is fine).

 Both blocks are guarded by app('modules')->find('WhatsappNotification')
 so removing the module cleanly hides the button.
